You may not require a full time Property Manager, but we’re sure you require a fantastic, trustworthy tenant/s.

When we find you a tenant/s on a casual basis, each prospective tenant goes through the same checks as our managed property applicants.

Once we find we find you a tenant/s and they move in to their new home, they will be dealing with you, the owner. It is very important to us that we give you the opportunity to meet your prospective new tenant/s before we give them the green light. If you would like to meet your prospective tenant/s, let us know and we will arrange a meeting when the time comes.
